FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FROM CUSTOMERS:

1. Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

  • If you have not received an email automatically after you placed your order, then that means the email you provided to us was mistyped. Please contact us so that we can make the changes necessary. 

2. I received a notification that my item it's on its way but there haven't been any updates on the tracking link. 

  • Please allow 24-72 hours for USPS to update their tracking information. If more than 72 hours have passed by and no updates are showing then please contact us!   

3. How can I apply a discount code?

  • During checkout, you'll be provided with the option to enter a discount code. Make sure to use it during checkout.

4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS? 

  • Allow 1-4 business weeks for delivery due to high demand and the final delivery will be made by your local mail carrier to your mailbox or doorstep. This may be a little longer for international delivery. We have many fulfillment centers around the world to ensure your products get delivered to you as quickly as possible.  

5. WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS? 

  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1 business days of payment.
  • We will notify you by email with a Tracking Number within 5 business days. Emails sent out with your Tracking Number may end up in your junk/spam folders, so please check there before sending duplicate requests.

6. I cannot find the answers to my questions, how do I reach customer service?
